Shannon White

President and CEO

Shannon has earned a reputation for building sustainable growth businesses after successful tenures as CEO of both Guilford Performance Textiles and United Plastics Group. His experiences, from both inside and outside the automotive industry, continue to prove beneficial for Motus’ customers, suppliers, and shareholders. In addition to shifting the paradigms within Motus, Shannon cultivates an environment that yields valuable and innovative solutions for our customers. He holds a BS in Economics from the University of Utah and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.

Kevin Kernan

Kevin Kernan

Chief Operating Officer

Kevin brings a wealth of executive operational leadership to Motus. His proven methods involving strategic goal setting, empowering employees and systematic accountability have delivered strong operational and financial improvements throughout his career. Additionally, his relentless focus on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement augments Motus’ ability to be the best cost solutions provider in the market. Kevin earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University (then GMI) and an MBA from Youngstown State.

Vice President of Human Resources

Stacy has over 20 years of experience in automotive and sporting goods manufacturing. Her expertise in the design and delivery of unique HR solutions to transform corporate goals into bottom-line results has consistently delivered quantifiable solutions. Stacy earned her BS in Public Administration from Oakland University and her Masters in Human Resources from Eastern Michigan University.

Matt Taylor

Matt Taylor

Vice President of Business Development - North America & Asia

Matt spent 17 years with a leading automotive interiors supplier in various engineering, program management and leadership roles. He has also worked outside the automotive industry where he gained valuable perspective on the vital relationship between product and business development. His passion is in delivering innovative Motus solutions that exceed our customers’ increasing expectations. Matt earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.

Rajiv Reddy

Rajiv Reddy

Chief Financial Officer

Rajiv is an accomplished leader with a track record of raising profitability, uncovering high-impact issues, pioneering new financial models, and heading global initiatives. Prior to Motus, Rajiv served for over 6 years as CFO for the Alpert Group, an LA-based global leader in the manufacturing and recycling of non-ferrous metals.  Rajiv earned his MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and his BS in Finance from Bowling Green State University

A New Chapter With Atlas Holdings

In 2014, Atlas Holdings formed Motus LLC to acquire certain assets of technology and industrial giant Johnson Controls. Based in Greenwich, Connecticut, Atlas has a track record of success with companies it invests in, which includes industry leaders like Pangborn Group, Bridgewell Resources, RedBuilt and ASG, among others.

Atlas’ operations encompass more than 100 facilities and over 12,000 employees worldwide. Its businesses are engaged in a wide range of business segments, including building materials, capital equipment, energy, industrial services, packaging, pulp, paper, and tissue, steel, and logistics, supply chain management and distribution.
